Hi I have a Samsung smart TV and have a free 30 day trial with Amazon prime, how can I watch programmes on my tv as I’m connected with Sky!
JA: What Samsung model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: Not sure on the model number but it’s about 3 years old now
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: tv menu using which remote, Sky or the samsung
JA: The TV Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long has this been an issue with your Samsung? What happened right before this?
Customer: not an issue just don’t now how to access getting Amazon prime so I can watch programmes

On the TV, go to the list of apps , and search for an app called Amazon Prime, if you have it select it to open.

fine that so how do I see the channels on my tv now as it’s just a page saying sign in which I’ve done , all very confusing

If you are signed in then you will see the shows you can select to watch, it does not have channels but shows
