Try accessing the site on the computer and click Forgot Password. Try resetting it again.

I am still having problems, I have used the same passcode, and says it is incorrect ! I logged in 4 days ago ... it is the horse head Facebook account I want to change to but not lose the other one ( photo of me with red hair , I am so frustrated as I have lots of friends on the horse head account and am missing their messages . Davina, can you open Safari browser on your phone. Then type www.facebook.com on the link bar. Do not open the app. Directly click Forgot Password. Check if you can do that. If not, then give me your user id which you are trying to access. I will reset it from here.

No. The forgot password ***** ***** sending the reset link to your email. I was trying to search your facebook id via email.

You will need to enter either your mobile number or email id to get the reset link.

Because you are logged into your phone. When you select the particular account, the app switches that facebook account on your app.
