I’ve been receiving calls saying that there is a problem with my internet speed.think it’s a scam but they said they will be calling every hour if I hang up! Just checking that it’s not genuine
JA: What device are you trying to connect?
Customer: i pad
JA: How long have you had your iPad?
Customer: 10 months but it’s regarding my talk talk land line
JA: What's the brand/model of your phone system?
Customer: Can’t remember it’s an old phone I think B T or maybe Phillips

Customer: no just if call from open reach is genuine
