Hi. I've tried to start my laptop. It took ages, but then I was asked to supply my Microsoft password ***** I don't know. I pressed the "reset password" (?) link to send me an email but similarly, I don't seem to be able to log into that either. It's telling me my password ***** changed. Have I been hacked?

Customer: No, but I can access a different email account
