JA: What Dell product do you have?
Customer: there is no indication on front or back and I don't remember
JA: What have you tried so far with your Dell product?
Customer: turned it off, waited an hour, turned it back on - same problem

Please disconnect the power cable to the computer then hold the power button in for 60 seconds then release.
