I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box, wifi router ect (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

now press the input or source button on the remote for the TV until you see a signal please
Look on the back of the Tv, note the model and tell me it please

Select each one until you see the picture please
Is the TV getting channels via an Antenna or a cable box?
ok.. please look at the back of the TV and make sure something is actually connected for a signal please
Look on the back of the TV and tell me the model of the TV please
Go to menu on the Tv, then Analogue Setup and run Auto Tune and run this
Tell me if it finds any channels please
the home button on the remote
You select it then ok
try then with Digital please
Go back to the main menu then System Settings, then auto Startup
Complete the steps it tells you on the screen then tell me if it works please
Did you double check to make sure the cable is connected sercurly?
ok, then it is the Antenna itself that has failed, where in the UK are you located?
You can call Antenna services on 0 29 2274 1083 in order to get an offer for the repair
