My Sony Bravia is not picking up any channels and saying “no signal”
JA: How old is your Bravia?
Customer: 10 years. Bi
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: 10 years. But it worked before grandchildren connected to our separate Netflix (which also worked)
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Bravia? What happened right before this?
Customer: worked on Netflix watching cil hildres programs yesterday but cannot now pick up channels
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no I don’t think so. But be patient I am 76 years old. lol

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Please note, a rating is only needed when we are finished.

Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box, wifi router ect (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

All switched back on but can only pick up Roku

now press the input or source button on the remote for the TV until you see a signal please

We don’t have a box or anything so I suppose it’s an antenna. But thought we were on a cable !!!

both ends of coax are moulded and connection into tv and wall socket is a tight fit

ok, then it is the Antenna itself that has failed, where in the UK are you located?
