I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your player. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.
Can you please remove the power to the player (so unplug it from the power socket)
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the player and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
Let me know the results please
Go to the menu on the player, then system setup and choose Reset
Once it has Reset, follow the onscreen instructions and setup the player again
Tell me how it then functions please
No, just the TV and mains is enough
Can you please test the remote following the instructions on my link below
This will allow is to see if the remote is actually functioning or if it is the TV that is at fault
It is the internal mainboard that has faulted.
