Customer: I pad and Epson XP 4105 printer
JA: What Epson model do you have?
Customer: can you read my reply
JA: How long has this been going on with your Epson printer?
Customer: i have not even started to use it
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: ok you tell me how to update the Operating system. I am an 80 yo retired farmer. I could ask you many questions probably about 500 or 1000 about farming but——-

Hello sorry to hear your having issues printing from your Epson.

Where you are unable to print from the iPad start by making sure the printer is connected to the WIFI this can be done by following the video here.

You should then be able to chose the upload button on your iPad and the option for printing to the Epson.
