i have just changed my pass word this was accepted but when i try to sing in it wont let me
JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: iphone 12
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: just
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: i reset it on my iphone 12 through settings
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
