I am having some renovation work done at home and the builder has accidentally disconnected the internet some how and we cannot get it working
JA: What device are you trying to connect?
Customer: sky router
JA: Are you able to connect using an ethernet cable?
Customer: no
JA: Which lights are colored and/or blinking on your router?
Customer: two green and one orange
JA: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: only that the internet is down, I think it might need a technician to come out to fix it

Can you please remove the power to the internet router (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the internet router, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
