Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box, wifi router ect (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

I want you to reset the TV please
To do this, go to the menu, then the gear wheel then the three vertical dots on the TV.
Then select Support, Then Reset to initial settings.
Once done, tell me how it then functions please.
Top right on the TV
Look at the back of the TV, note the model and tell me it please

The channel scans you get asked to do once you reset the TV
After the reset it will ask you to tune it again
