I have just received a new Galaxy A12 specifically to be able to use the NHS app and it is telling me it does not support the Venue check in - is this correct?
JA: Which software or app can I help with?
Customer: The NHS App
JA: What have you tried so far with your software?
Customer: I have just returned from the Vodafone store with my new phone and downloaded the NHS App-I am a pensioner and not too phone savvy!!!!
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Do I have to pay!!!!
