Customer: Acer Aspire V laptop.
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Aspire?
Customer: 64 bit op syst, x64 processor.
JA: What have you tried so far with your Aspire? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Tried to reduce storage via AVG, got 5GB, reduced to 106GB. I already mentioned in my question updates require more space.
