Jim there I'm trying to pay for "goodfellas" but it keeps saying theres no funds in this account but I want to buy it using a different card?
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: It's an Amazon firestick
JA: How old is your Fire?
Customer: About a year
JA: What have you tried so far with your Fire?
Customer: Just the payment but cant find an option that will let me use the card which has the money in it

Can you please remove the power to the Firestick (so unplug it from the power socket)

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the Firestick and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
