JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Hitachi 2AB7CC about 6 months
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: it seems to work, no probs with echo and phone
JA: How long has this been an issue with your 2AB7CC? What happened right before this?
Customer: the old provider cut off internet today and I set up new one when I got home
