Hi my kindle has completely died on me I have tryed many charger but there is nothing it was off went to use it and nothing please help thank you

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your reader. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the Reader and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Reader.

It was the firmware that had an issue, and needed a hard restart. We did this just then. It will now be ok.

I did answer you I sayed you where a star you told me to hold the on ,off button for 60 seconds witch worked so once again I thank you you are a star do I have to pay the £5 if I need you again so good night ☺
