morning, please can you tell me how i can re install the canon U scan utility? I was having problems this morning the instructions said to uninstall the MP Drivers, which i have, now i need to reinstall it.
JA: What's the brand, model, and Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: it's an Lenono Ideapad 310
JA: What have you tried so far with your computer?
Customer: i'm useless with computers what's do you mean by operating system?
JA: The Computer Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

my printer with the scanning facility is a canon MG 3053 series, but that option doesn't come up the only options are Canoscan Lide 120,220,300 or 400.

I want to do a system restore please which does not touch your files but returns the drivers before the issue

To do this, close all programs.

Press the windows key (the one to the left of the left ALT key) + R and type in the run box that opens

rstrui

Press enter

Then follow the onscreen steps to choose a system restore and choose a date before this problem occurred.

Let it complete, it can take up to an hour, but it will complete or error if it fails.

Once it has completed, tell me if it now functions correctly please
