I do apologise for the delay, I was looking in to the root cause and there are a few options here that you must attempt because there's no simple answer to why its failing to display with out actually being able to diagnose the issue.


  1. Power off the Digital Receiver for around 60 seconds and then proceed to power the unit back on. 

  2. Retune the channels.

  3. If both of the above fails to work, you will need to contact a installer to realign the digital dish.
