Hi there and welcome to Just Answer, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you.

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Analogue is an older system, this TV as you see only supports Digital.

But you can use this convertor box

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Freeview-Receiver-Recorder-Analogue-Converter-Black/dp/B089GLBNQQ/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=Converter+Box+for+TV&qid=1631180779&sr=8-3

Connect it to the antenna then the box to the TV to view the content.

Let me know how you go please
