Microsoft told me to get in touch and appear to have closed my account. I can't retrieve documents or photos, and can't use Word. I used to have a computer expert who kept my computer going. He's moved out of the area. Please help- I'm 81 and not savy with much technology,

Customer: Desk top computer Windows10

Customer: Don't really - label says TEB 99 ?!?
JA: What have you tried so far with your laptop? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes, used Google, moved to Chrome
