Which email service are you using? And are you not receiving from a particular sender?
Go to the gear wheel in the top right in Outlook, then view all outlook settings.
Then rules and check for any rules there
Are there any?
What happens if you try to open them?
ok,let me know if there are further issues, but as no rules are set, there is nothing on your side blocking the emails.
It is an issue on the senders side
