Hello, I have tried your advice, however it just says connection failed.
How do I know whether my router is TKIP or AES? Its a brand new router..
Should I be using the access key or the wireless password/key?

Did you see your wifi network in the list of networks?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
followed the steps, choosing AES, entered the password ***** apply settings, however every time I try it says connection failed.

Can you please remove the power to the internet router (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 3 minutes, connect the power again to the internet router, turn it on and wait 5 minutes for it to start then tell me please if it is now operating correctly and allowing the printer to connect.

Let me know the results please

It will normally be AES

On the back of it is a reset button.

Please push and hold it in for 5 seconds then release

Then on the printer

  2. Press the up or down arrow key to choose Network and press OK.
  3. Press the up or down arrow key to choose Factory Resetand press OK.

Then try to connect the printer please
