My cartridges seem blocked (XP-2100 printer). I need to replace them, what can I do ?
JA: What's the brand and model of your printer?
Customer: Epson XP-2100
JA: How long has this been going on with your XP-2100?
Customer: Today, since advised that ink/toner needs replacing. Have changed before, but this time cartridges seem blocked.
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: Cannot remember having done so..
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No....

Can you please remove the power to the device (so unplug it from the power socket)

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the device and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
