I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Please note, a rating is only needed when we are finished.

Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box, wifi router ect (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Unplugged monitor as requested. Replaced plug in socket screen now white/blank

What are you connecting the TV to for a signal? eg: Cable box?

I didn't get a phone call yuesterday. Though I did manage somehow to get desk top on screen. Now desk top not showing.

Desk top back ground but no icons. When I right click then view then show desk top icons I get no response.

This is because you are extending the desktop, not duplicating it.

When I click on Display settings the setting icon appears on bar when i click on settings icon on bar i see page but to small to read

It is not the setting icon, you select from the menu display settings

I can't do that but I think pointless. When I right click box appears view, sort by, Refresh, paste, Paste shortcut, Next desktop background, Graphic properties, Graphics option, New Display settings, Personalize.
Last night I clicked on View then Show desktop icons and Icons appeared.
