Paul here. I have just bought a Samsung Frame 2020 TV
JA: What Samsung model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: Think it is the 2020 model
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: My query is not about the TV but about using a wall mount to hang the TV
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Samsung? What happened right before this?
Customer: it is very new. Just opened the box
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can i use any wall mount to hang this TV?

I have, the 2020 model is not mountable where the 2021 model is.
