Hi my email account is blocked can you help unblock it please
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Hotmail
JA: How do you usually access Hotmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Phone and tablets
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't know how to
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No thank you all I wish is to have my email account back running please

I am not technically minded person, when I try and sign in it says blocked and a load of different solutions appears but I don't know what this means

I have investigated the information you have provided and it sounds like you have a query relating to your outlook account which has been inaccessible. I would recommend you attempt the steps provided below to reset your account password;
