Iv got a different iPhone and have locked my icloud,could you help me unlock it please
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: The ID is the same but iv entered the wrong password ***** many times
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: Yes but it says I'm locked out for 24 hrs and can't try again till then but I really need to access it
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

From your description, I understand that you need to reset your Apple password ***** will need to reset your password ***** the Apple website and this you can do from the link below.

Then you can use that to sign in on your device.If that fails you will need to contact the Apple ID Support and request a call from the Account team.
