I my fridge doesn't seem to be working properly the temperature gauge on the doo says 14 and all my food has gone off
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: Samsung
JA: What have you tried so far with your Samsung product?
Customer: Model number RR39M7340BC
JA: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I've tried using fast cool and switching the fridge off for a few hours to see if that fixed the problem but its made no difference

To confirm the fridge is running warm?

I haven't heard back from you in some time, I would start with powering it off for 6 or more hours as it may be ice has built up around the cooling elements preventing air circulating and cooling down.
