Based on the information you have provided so far, you can get a list of all the calls you have made from your phone service provider - e.g. BT, O2, Sky, Vodafone.

If you have an online account you should be able to view all your calls there and sort them by number.

Alternatively you may be able to export your call history from a smartphone to show the date and times of calls.
