My order on Monday 13th that was suppose to arrive on

Hi. My order on Monday 13th that was suppose to arrive on Tuesday 14th so far has not arrived and it is now Fri. I
JA: How long have you had your 13TH?
Customer: I want to know when my order is going to be delivered. It is now Three days late
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have phoned yodel on Wednesday to be told give then 24hour .I phoned again oh Thursday to be told they have looked into it and put urgent on and give them another day but still no flowers have been delivered and I don’t think that I want the flowers now as they will not be fresh enough
JA: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?
