After the guarantee is gone he start to do like that

It seems the TV mainboard has an internal fault causing the trouble. The mainboard has a video processor chip that provides video data to the LCD screen of the TV and when the mainboard doesn't boot up fully and resets, it reboots and you see a blue flash on the screen, really sorry about that news

It needs to replace the mainboard on the TV to resolve the problem. Please click the following link to view the board image and part number info to search/ google it to get identical replacement board price info if you're looking to attempt to repair the TV yourself

If you are not comfortable working on it then you may please get in touch with the local TV repair shop for that work
I'm sorry there is no easy or quick fix for this problem and it is a hardware failure that needs defective board replacement to resolve the issue
