Hi we are having problems with our Samsung eco bubble.
JA: What Samsung product do you have?
Customer: Samsung eco bubble washing machine 9kg
JA: What have you tried so far with your Samsung product?
Customer: we have errors 5c and 4c. We have cleaned the drain hose, checked it for kinks and checked that it is not inserted too far into the drain pipe. We have also cleaned the mesh filter. We now cannot open the door. It won’t drain or spin.
JA: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Have tried to just rinse and spin and nothing happening

Hi
The 5C error indicates a drainage problem.

The 4C error indicates a water supply problem.

The machine door won't unlock for opening until the drum is fully drained.

Have you checked the drain filter for any blockages?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.

If the filter is not blocked then the drain pump is suspect. Approximately how old is the machine?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
2 years

It is unusual for a drain pump to fail after only 2 years. Are you certain there is nothing blocking the drain filter?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
we have done all the checks

To get the door open you can drain the remaining water out through the filter - see the following video guide:

What then ?

You will then need to arrange to have the drain pump tested and replaced if confirmed faulty.

If the drain pump is good then another possible cause of the fault is a faulty control board.

Does that fully answer your question? Please let me know if you have any further questions on this topic and I'll be happy to assist you further.
