JA: Are you still able to log in to your Instagram account?
Customer: no
JA: Have you checked your email and other online accounts for tampering, especially if they have the same username and password?
Customer: Yes and somehow the messages disappear
JA: Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: They have changed my password, email etc and have used 2 factor authentication as far as I know, thanks

Any email from insta just disappears. I set up Authenticator and tried using a separate email. No luck!
