JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: usb
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: I just moved house, updated driver printer software when printer was installed

It feeds in but stop and the printing carries on, it say there is a paper jam but i can't see any jams

the paper starts to feed trough and stops half way but does not jam i can remove it easily and freely

Unfortunately, the issue that you are having is actually a hardware issue (with the rollers/sensor) -- Since it is over a year old, the printer is outside of the warranty period, it would cost more to repair it than to replace it.
