I see the fridge is stuck on 14 C and does not appear to be cooling, is that correct?

How long was the fridge freezer unplugged for?

Can you see the model number on a label at the inside bottom area of the fridge? (It may be behind a drawer)

It can take around 10 minutes for the fridge freezer to complete a power reset when it is unplugged as some residual power remains in the circuit.

Can you please try unplugging it again for at least 10 minutes and let me know if that resolves the issue?

It should cool gradually if the cooling system is working correctly. 

Is the fridge still at 13 C?

In that case the cooling system has a fault, and the fridge freezer will require a repair.
