Ok, thanks. First, please click the link below to reach the Panasonic page. It explains that the driver is built into Windows and Mac, so there is no CD.:

Please try moving the USB cable to a different port in your computer and then turn the camera on. See if the computer detects it.
What type of computer are you connecting it to?
Is it Windows 10 or what version?
