Thank you for your question, my name is Richard.

Can you tell me please which email program you are using?

Is it for example Hotmail via your Internet Explorer browser?

Thanks Tom

This is usually caused by a corruption within IE and I want to resolve this first please.

Please do the following in Internet Explorer

Click Tools (the gear wheel top right) than Internet Options

Click on the General Tab and Delete all Temporary Internet Files.

Than click the Advance Tab and click Reset

Restart the computer and they should now display correctly.

Let me know the results please

Thank you

Thanks, but the problem is with mail that I sent. The recipient misses the text. I can see the text in my sent folder. How can I check the problem is overcome?

Expert:  Richard replied 4 years ago.
Ok, this can still resolve the problem, or the issue is on their computer.

Send an email to the person having the problem and check what the results are please.

OK will do. Thanks

Your welcome.

If they have the problem, it is going to be their computer, we removed any problems on your computer that can potentially cause this.

But I have marked this question to never close, so if they do have problems, find out the email system they use and I can tell you what is needed to be done.

If you have continued problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
