You state that you received an answer to your last email - who was this to exactly please? Was it AOL or this system?

Hi, it would help if you are able to confirm the following:

1. Are you sending from webmail or a client (if so which client, AOL, Outlook, Mobile etc)

2. Have you checked your mailbox hasnt reached is max storage limit?

3. Are the e-mails you are trying to send stuck in the outbox or actaully being sent and going in your sent items folder?

4. Are you getting a bounce back (a e-mail saying the e-mail couldnt be delivered)?
