Yes, by all means use the remote facility.

However the problem is compounded at the moment. I am trying to convince ASK that the details of my identity (e.mail & password)really are mine. I keep being told that they are registered to someone else so I have fired off a couple of emails expressing my annoyance .

Do I need to stay with the computer open?


The problem : I can't open e.mail attachments (since the last few days)

I click twice to open & nothing happens.
