On Feb 4 this year I changed from to BT. My email address [email protected] and although everything works splendidly there is one exception - I receive e-mails but I am unable to send e-mails. I have attempted to get a solution by contacting BT but all I get are persons in call centres (I think in India or thereabouts) and none of them seem able to solve the problem.
I am sure it is just a matter of adjusting the settings but after 7/8 attempts I have not received a resolution.
I am unable to find a BT 'phone number in the UK.

I am paying for something which is not functioning.

I am away from the computer where there is this problem. I shall get back to you it later in the week when I am at that computer. I have no objection to your logging into that computer - I have no secret anythings
