We need to do a reset of Internet Explorer

To do this

1) Close all open Internet Explorer Windows
2) Open One Internet Explorer window
3) click the tools or settings Wheel top Right
4) Click Internet options > then the Advanced tab > then Click Reset and Reset again.
5)Close internet Explorer and re-open and see if you still have the Issue

Then test - if you still have an issue then do this

Go to :

Download and Install Firefox -

Firefox is a browser like Internet Explorer , But faster and More secure.

Once Installed open Firefox and see if you have the same issue in Firefox

Click ettings icon

Your iPad Settings menu should now be displayed. Select the option labeled Safari.

Safari's Settings should now be displayed on your iPad. To continue deleting the browser's cache, select the option labeled Clear Cache.

A confirmation message will now appear on your screen. To continue with deleting Safari's cache, select Clear. To terminate the process, select Cancel.
