I often receive e-mails which ask me to send a receipt to show that I have received the e-mail. I should like to be able to ask for a receipt myself but do not know how to.


From the Compose Message window, click the More Options link. Additional fields are displayed in the Compose Message window.

In the Send Receipts section, select one or both of the following check boxes.

When message is delivered

When message is read

Compose your message.

Click the Send link.
