Make sure there is no print jobs waiting to print
remove the printer from the computer
Once you have cancelled the print queue and restarted the computer, hold down the
Stop / Clear button on the Printer for 3-5 seconds.
Power off the printer/All-In-One. After it has powered off, also turn it off at the power point or disconnect its power cable, if possible.
Restart then re-attach to the Computer and Let me know
printer by hand.

Sorry for the delay - I am a bit of a novice at this game. Have tried what you say to the best of my knowledge but still the problem is there.

Sorry, this still has not made any difference. Is there anything else to try please?

Did you clear the print que ?

have y9ou checked for any objects in the printer /scanner
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

A few days ago there was a paper jam but the sheet came out intact and there is no sign of anything now. Yes, have checked for any other objects and cleared the print queue. Looks as though I may have to get someone in to look at the printer do you think.

it looks like the Jam you had may have caused a few issues

If this is around when the problem Started

It may be best to get some physical help on the machien

If under warrenty i would first try a Warrenty Repair with Epson

As the low price of printers these dats may outweight and repair cost
