When I try and open my Hotmail account with my Hotmail ID and Password

I get the start page of Microsoft with no details on how to proceed.

When you do that, on the top left you see Outlook in the blue icon, click on that and it will then take you to your inbox, listing all your emails.

I was unable to see the the blue icon and could not reach my inbox. Could you ensure that I receive the Outlook icon?

as this should also take you there

Can you please go to
Click on Download in the top right.
Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"
Click on Download and download and run the program.
It will give you an ID and a Password.
Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password ***** your next message to me here.
Do not close the program, but leave it open.
I can then connect to your computer.

I would like to do it my self - I am now contacting "TeamViewer Quicksupport"after which I will enter the information received.
