Yes I answered the verification questions. got a code number to add following password. Still no luck

If you get the code number then this should work for you Azize, you just need to enter it in the verification text box.
Can you tell me the part of your email address BEFORE the @ only please

Where would I find the verification box? email address = Azize.ethem123

You enter it on the page when you requested the code, there is a box that says Verification code.
Click this link and follow the steps as I am not sure if you actually received a verification code else you would have seen this.
