I made contact over the weekend to advise that my Hotmail account had been compromised some 10 days ago which resulted in my losing all my folders. Although I now have a new Outlook password ***** have not received any response but I need to reinstate same as they are fundamental to my being able to operate - please, therefore, respond asap
