Hi. I enter e-mail section as normal with my usual e-mail address, then click on ***@******.*** and it says there are no messages in this folder. But there should be!!

ok, send an email to the address. Is it then received?I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you. Hi! The remote control software BT used to sort my problem did not work, the laptop would not accept it. I have sent an e-mail to this errant e-mail address and it is not there. If you cannot resolve or move forward with this then please do not charge me and we can forget all this. I have not received any credible response from you so I do not intend to pay. Please respect my wishes. regards
