I recently had to have a reinstall of windows 7 on my laptop after it crashed. It has been re installed and was running outlook express. I have been unable to receive any e mails only send them and this applies to all my devices. The windows live e mail also does not show them and says there is a problem with the smtp ?
Where are my e mails ??

Which settings did you enter into windows live mail Neil?
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
