Hi Ruth, this is, a third-party which provides technical expertise and troubleshooting. Full disclosure: JustAnswer is no way related to, nor affiliated with, Amazon. As long as you're aware of this, I'm happy to provide information and assistance in troubleshooting your issue. To start with, here are two things you can try -- please tell me if you've already done so?1) Go here to manage and/or cancel your Prime membership (among the six choices, the lower-left one says, "Manage Prime") : 2) Have you tried calling Amazon's UK Customer Service phone#? Go here, and then choose the following steps: i) in box "1 - What can we help you with?",choose "Prime and more" (button on the right) ii) scroll down to box "2 - Tell us more about your issue",and from the "please make a selection" drop-down menu, select the first option ("Amazon Prime, Family or Student membership"),then from the second drop-down menu that appears below, choose "Cancel Prime Membership".iii) last, scroll down to box "3 - How would you like to contact us?", and choose "Phone - Call us"
