I,m trying to retrieve my hotmail account as I have lost it since installing windows 10. I've tried Microsoft support, when logging into my account it doe'nt recognise my password, on trying to re-set my password ***** do'nt recognise my hotmail e-mail address after inserting the code they give me. I'm at my wits end as it has gone for a couple of weeks.

I need to get into the said account as all my contacts are in there along with some important saved e mails. I dont use it to log into my windows 10 computer. A new account will not help my situation as I'm sure you'll understand
